    <description>&lt;P&gt;Please explain in more detail what precise issue you are having.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The My48 app seems to be working fine for me.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What happens when you try to use it?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What exactly do you mean by "down and unresponsive"?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Even if it is not working for you you can still do everything that you need via the web interface:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Regarding the roaming data issue, to avoid problems in future if your SIM predates January 2023 then you should request a replacement:&lt;/P&gt;
