&lt;P&gt;What exactly are you trying to do?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Buy a membership plan, buy an add-on, buy cash credit?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What happens/doesn't work?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any error messages?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Were you ever able to buy stuff before?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;With the same card?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Has the card been updated/reissued since it last worked?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're using the app then does using the website make any difference? Or vice versa?&lt;/P&gt;
