&lt;P&gt;She'll need to configure her APN settings.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;This doesn't really make sense - you'll need to explain more clearly.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are calls/texts working ok and it's only mobile data that isn't?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If so then configuring the APN settings correctly will sort that out.&lt;/P&gt;
