    <description>&lt;P&gt;I presume that "topped up €12.99" means that you bought a €12.99 membership plan?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What does your Transactions page say about recent payments?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Maybe your current membership hasn't expired yet so the new membership has stacked on your account to start when the current one eventually expires?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status and end date?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you use up your membership data allowance before the membership month is up and want to continue using mobile data then you need to buy a data add-on or use Flexi Data to get more data allowance:&lt;/P&gt;
