Roaming not working in London

Im in london and my phone is not even getting into service. I tried all the methods shown in 48 knowledge base page. Anyone can help me?

Unfortunately roaming seems to be very hit and miss for quite a few people still.

I had awful trouble with roaming and 48, luckily I had a dual sim... anyway I replaced the sim card as they have some sort of new version and that worked. Sorry it probably doesn't help in London though.
