Problems changing registered payment card details

My mobile number: 0892540804.

I see my profile set up with invalid card details for auto debit and now i am trying to set up a correct one but it is failing due to some issues with 48 portal. I am not clear on the payment, will it get auto debited or i have to credit my account.
