&lt;P&gt;Any error messages?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you switch from the app to the web interface - or vice versa - does it make any difference?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Were you able to buy membership using that card before?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you registered the details on your online account or are you entering them manually?&lt;/P&gt;
