      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't recall ever getting a voicemail when I didn't have a membership.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you mean that you got this message when you tried to make a call?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could auto-renewal have failed for some reason?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What does your Transactions page say?&lt;/P&gt;
