I would like to better understand how the plan works, as the advertisement says the cost is €12.99 and €25.98 was charged, double the proposed amount. What is the reason and what is the final total value per top-up to maintain the plan?

First time activation involves a once-off activation fee of €12.99 in addition to the €12.99 cost of your first membership.

From then on it's just €12.99 for each monthly membership plan.
