&lt;P&gt;Is this your first membership or did it work OK before?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you calling a regular Irish landline or mobile number or some other number?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status?&lt;/P&gt;
