Hi I bought membership last night it was the Mitch I wanted it to use the 15GB and change my plan which hasn't ran out but I want to cancel my current plan so I can use the Mitch immediately

No - you cannot start a new membership early.

You have to wait for the current membership to expire before the new one kicks in and its allowances are available to you.

If you have used up some allowances on the current membership and cannot use certain services then you need to buy add-ons to tide you over until the end of the current membership month.
