What exactly do you mean?

You can't cancel a membership - it ends when the relevant monthly period expires.

If you mean how do you leave 48 then you just port your number to another provider.

If you do this then it also makes sense to disable membership auto-renewal if enabled and maybe delete your registered card details from your account just to ensure that no further charges apply.
