k topped up last week by €10 but I am wondering can I change theplan to €20 for the month

You mean you bought a €10 Guido membership but now want a €20 Don membership instead?

If the Guido membership that you have bought has already started then you cannot change it.

If you use up membership allowances before the membership month is up then you need to buy add-ons to tide you over until the membership expires.

Buying a new membership will not help immediately as it will stack to start only when the current membership expires.

If the Guido membership that you bought has stacked and has not yet started then contact 48 support and they can probably refund you and let you buy a new Don membership to start when your current membership expires.
