      <title>Roaming in UK (Wales)</title>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;I cannot access ANY network here in Wales.&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried choosing manually, but beside every network is "(forbidden)"&lt;BR /&gt;Any advise on what to do? I have an android and an iPhone 11 and they're both saying the same thing.</description>
