Can someone please tell me how to claim the referral rewards? I signed up from my brothers referral and no rewards. Contacted customer support seven times and each time they keep saying they’ll get back to me but they don’t. Very frustrating. Any help would be appreciated.

That's strange.

I activated a referral SIM last week and when the first membership was bought all rewards came through immediately:

€12.99 cash credit for both of us
Options of Uber Eats or Rakuten vouchers for both of us (not claimed yet)

Are you absolutely sure that the SIM was ordered through a referral link?

I've got my referral reward and unfortunately i delayed it for claiming and it has expired. Can anyone help me how to reclaim it.

You'll have to contact 48 support to see if they can do anything for you.

But I think that if you didn't claim it in time then that means that it's gone unfortunately.
