Looking to contact a person and the option seems to be missing form the contact us. Seemed 48 was good at the time of signing up but no roaming makes it a problem especially if near the border to Northern Ireland 🤷‍♀️

Thanks for the link to customer support. This site is getting more and more confusing as each week passes. What started as an attempt to buy an extra data add-on has resulted in me going around and around in circles (a) trying to buy the add-on and then (b) trying to contact customer support.

I think I have one of the 'old' €10 accounts and the site hasn't been coded to cope with that (I think!)
