Query about understanding/interpreting 48 Usage Report

Good morning folks, I am trying to work out my average monthly minutes and data usage. I have recieved a Usage Report from 48, a snippet of which is shown in the screenshot below:

I am having some trouble interpreting the 'Call Duration or Volume' field in the report as it doesn't state if the duration is seconds and if the volume is KB or MB. Would anyone be able to assist with this please?

You'll probably have to ask 48 support about this?

How did you get that usage report?

I spoke with 48 Support who have confirmed that the Usage Report records Call Duration in seconds and Data Volume in bytes.
