You'll need to post a bit more info than that.

Was it working before?

If so did something change?

Software update, settings changes etc.?

Or are you just trying to get started on 48?

If so did you activate your SIM?

Is your phone unlocked for use on any network?

What happens when you try to use the SIM in your phone?

Any signal?

If you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?

Any other error messages or useful info?

If necessary you should contact 48 support for further assistance.
