    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you don't have an active membership then that explains why you can't make calls/send texts but you should still be able to receive them.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are getting an error when attempting to buy a membership then you'll need to contact 48 support about that. See the link in my signature below.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;But maybe try a different approach/platform - e.g. app versus mobile website versus desktop website as sometimes that makes a difference.&lt;/P&gt;
