    <description>&lt;P&gt;Helen,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The vouchers they sent me via email don't even work. I checked all the T&amp;amp;C's. It's been over a month since I contacted them. Every response I get is from someone who obviously hasn't read the complaint and never addresses the issue. You're wasting your time, they will never give it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;R&lt;/P&gt;</description>
