topic VAT receipt in Memberships

Anybody got a quick way to get a VAT receipt? I requested one on August 31st and still don't have it. Have been promised it the next day numerous times. Have others find this to be a problem? How long did it take? Surely it is a 2 min job and they waste more time in live chat than it would take to generate the pdf. They really should generate it automatically save entrust the frustration!

The only way to get one is via 48 support so you'll just have to keep badgering them for it.

I don't know why they can't seem to provide it to you more promptly.
