Hi 48 have taken 15 euro twice out of my account this month and wondering who I can contact as this is the only place I can write, I was wondering if I could use the extra 15 to buy more Internet

48 don't just take money other than when you have auto membership renewal enabled:

Automatic membership renewal

Do you have that enabled and, if so, do you have it configured to buy Mitch membership each month?
