I have no more landline minutes and I need to add it on . When I click for it I can't add them, the options are not highlighted so I can't press them

Is that on the iPhone app or on the website?

If you're using one can you try the other?

Can you try another browser/device?

Are you sure that it's not related to the ongoing problem with credit card details not storing properly on the site?
