    <description>&lt;P&gt;It will stop charging as soon as it changes over, the problem is the number wont change, ive put in that its bill payb and the account number and security code loads of times now, i have had the number 20 years so dont want to lose it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is there no way of contactng 48 for them to check issue&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi, I an still being charged on the old network and have 2 numbers going now, I requested it to be changed but nothing has happened&lt;BR /&gt;Amy help appreciated</description>

      <description>If you are being charged by another provider then you need to contact them about that as it has nothing to do with 48.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To port a number to 48 you follow these instructions.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.48.ie/t5/The-Knowledgebase/Getting-Started-Move-Your-Number/ta-p/53100" target="_blank"&gt;https://community.48.ie/t5/The-Knowledgebase/Getting-Started-Move-Your-Number/ta-p/53100&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this helps.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The link that I posted above says what to do if there are problems porting a number over to 48.&lt;BR /&gt;You need to contact 48 support.&lt;BR /&gt;See the link in my signature below.&lt;/P&gt;
