Money taken but no active membership???

My money has been taken from the account but my membership has not renewed. Any idea on what to do??

What does your My48 account page say about your membership status and expiry date?

Is it possible that you bought a new membership before your current one has expired in which case the new one will "stack" to kick in when the current one runs its full monthly course and expires?

You can't.

At least not normally.

48 support may make an exception in certain circumstances if you contact them but I don't think that they will do this repeatedly/continuously.

All memberships run their full monthly course and a new membership cannot be started early.

If you run out of membership bundled allowances then you may need to buy an add-on to tide you over to the end of the membership month when a new membership can start.
