No there is no add-on for this.
You need to top-up your account's cash credit balance to pay for international calls.

I did add on but when I rang my daughter it cut out after a few. Minutes also my credit says I have only 60 cent

Well calls to Europe cost 23.7c per minute so they're not cheap.
You'd be better off using something like Skype or WhatsApp.
Maybe you just used up most of your cash credit?
How much did you top up your cash credit balance by?
How long were you on the phone to London for?
Your phone call log should have the call details and durations.
Did you send any texts to a UK number?

I actually put money in add on not credit now I have money in add on and don't need it

You wanted to call a UK number and you need cash credit to pay for such calls.
What's the problem?

What "add-on" are you referring to?
