Are landline minutes included in the new membership packages? No mention of them just the 300 mobile minutes

I can't see it clarified anywhere but I assumed that it meant 300 minutes total for any national landline or mobile calls (and also some "special" numbers that are treated as regular landlines)?

Might need clarification from 48 support though...

Each new membership includes:
300 Minutes (mobile & landline)
Unlimited Texts (any network)
4G
We offer a 20GB membership and a 40GB membership.

I just moved from the GUIDO - and moved to the 20 GB One . I regularly use LANDLINE CALLS ?? Is there any on my new membership ?

Also , what is Flexi data and can I change some unused to LANDLINE CALLS MAYBE ?

Is the guido gone ?

Please advice .

The 300 minutes bundled with the new memberships cover national mobile AND landline calls.

Flexi data means that you can trade some of your data for additional minutes.

As far as I know legacy plans such as Guido and Don remain available to existing customers but the new plans look like better value to be to me honest.

What happens when you try?
At what point does it fail?
Any error message(s)?
If you're on one of the new membership you should be able to swap data for call minutes.
You might need to contact 48 support about this.

Hi Finally got through to web chat and he sent link to gift add on to myself! Not exactly satisfactory but got it done. Wonder if it's problem with this new site, which l don't like, as add on or add credit buttons weren't active?

Glad you got it sorted - sort of!
Yes there are still a lot of issues with the new site and I also don't really like the look and feel/layout to be honest.
But missing functionality such as you mention is obviously an even greater problem! 😞

Back again, unfortunately. Managed to add more credit to my account via link in FAQ's today, 8/5/2020 but Buy minutes add on button still not working.

Update: I had to go through Web Chat again to buy Add on minutes. I asked if there was a problem with Guido membership/credit in new site. He said no but the next time l need it, to go through Web Chat. Find and all but buy buttons on site don't seem to work. Would be interested to hear if others have similar problems.
