    <description>Sounds like the SIM isn't activated properly so.&lt;BR /&gt;Does the old SIM still work?&lt;BR /&gt;You'll probably need to contact 48 support as I suggested above.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this helps.</description>

      <title>Problem Activating Replacement SIM</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="_5yl5"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi, &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="_5yl5"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'm having problems activating my replacement SIM. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="_5yl5"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'm already with 48, but I had to order a different size SIM card. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="_5yl5"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I typed in my activation code but the message I keep getting on my phone is "SIM not provisioned". &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="_5yl5"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My phone is unlocked so I know that's not the problem. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="_5yl5"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Do I maybe need to deactivate my old SIM before I can use the new one? &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="_5yl5"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I would really appreciate some help on this.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Are you sure that you ordered and activated a *replacement* SIM and not a *new* SIM?&lt;BR /&gt;What make and model of phone is it?&lt;BR /&gt;You may need to contact 48 support about this.&lt;BR /&gt;See the link in my signature below.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this helps.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, the old SIM still works perfectly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've placed an order for a new replacement SIM now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe I waited too long before activating the other one (2 months).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you, I'll try contacting the support team but they don't seem to be available right now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
