    <description>You'll probably have to contact 48 support about this.&lt;BR /&gt;See the link in my signature below.&lt;BR /&gt;Several people have reported problems buying or activating memberships recently.&lt;BR /&gt;And the app is not working since last week.&lt;BR /&gt;So there are system problems which are persisting in spite of support telling people that things will be rectified soon.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this helps.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI, I can't top up my membership - have been trying since yesterday (Sunday 11th Nov), and all of today. The webpage won't let me select 'renew membership' from any of the links on the site.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried from my own phone on wifi, plus from two computers (mac and PC both).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there something wrong with the website? Can someone let me know what's going on?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
