Hi I’m wondering can I use my 3G in Switzerland without incurring any charges. July 2018. I’m guido membership. Thanks

Unfortunately not.

Data works on Guido when roaming in the EU but Switzerland is not in the EU.

You will be able to use calls and texts but will need cash credit to cover the cost of outgoing texts and incoming/outgoing calls as your membership/add-on allowances will not cover these while roaming.

You also seem to be using an iPhone in which case you should be aware of this issue due to the stupid way that Apple do things:
