How can I get roaming in Portugal, I’ve tried everything and then I get internet signal, one I hit google/messages/Facebook it goes to no service.
Driving me cracked with a teenager...

Do you have a Guido membership?
If not then it's not going to work at all.
EU roaming calls/texts/data only work on Guido.

I’ve The Guido plan, I’ve tried everything and if I turn on and off my iPhone 7 anymore the button will fall off. I’m after buying a sim here for my sons iphone 5 and using his personal hotspot now.

It should work but there's the combination of Apple stupidity and 48 hassle with Guido EU roaming to get past unfortunately and it defeats some people (including you I guess?).
Apple stupidity aside I'm not sure why 48 can't make Guido EU roaming easier to use as many people seem to have problems with it.
