Change membership

Hi I wanted to change my daughters membership from the €10 to the mitch €15 which has more internet her membership just automatically tops up so how do I change it it just just topped up on Sunday night her number is **bleep**

First off you cannot change membership in the middle of an existing membership.

All memberships always run their full monthly course and cannot be terminated prematurely.

So even if you buy a €15 Mitch membership now she will not be able to use it until her current €10 Guido membership expires.

The Mitch membership will stack and kick in automatically when the current Guido membership eventually expires.

If she has automatic membership renewal enabled and Guido selected then you/she will probably want to disable that or change it to MItch if you/she wants to buy that membership on an ongoing basis.

Otherwise you can just buy the Mitch membership now and it will start when her current membership expires.

If you topped up her cash credit balance by €15 then you/she still need to buy membership.
