Was the problem that membership had not been purchased?

Once it was did the credit appear?

I got my mate a SIM and he topped up 10euro and got his membership but we didn't get are extra 10euro can you help

Did they definitely activate them.

When you say "they topped up" do you mean that they topped up their cash credit balance or that they bought membership?
