Phone not ringing

People phoning me but they get a dead tone. Seemingly happening since thur. Some calls get thru but today none. Viber calls ringing perfect working off wifi. Is it something with my SIM/*48 network?

Take sim out, switch off phone etc. Didn't work.
However on leaving house today phone working, no issues. Must b network. Never had problems before in house. Have to change network as can't not have phone😖

Is that what 48 support advised?
Did they mention trying a replacement SIM in case the current SIM has somehow gone bad?
