    <description>People phoning me but they get a dead tone. Seemingly happening since thur. Some calls get thru but today none. Viber calls ringing perfect working off wifi. Is it something with my SIM/*48 network?</description>

      <description>Take sim out, switch off phone etc. Didn't work.&lt;BR /&gt;However on leaving house today phone working, no issues. Must b network. Never had problems before in house. Have to change network as can't not have phone&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":confounded_face:"&gt;😖&lt;/span&gt;</description>

      <description>Is that what 48 support advised?&lt;BR /&gt;Did they mention trying a replacement SIM in case the current SIM has somehow gone bad?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this helps.</description>
