I was previously on the guido but moved to the mitch a few days ago. I got all the minutes and all the GB of internet but i did not get any texts. What's wrong?

What does your My 48 account page say about your membership status, expiry date and text allowance balance?

If your Mitch membership has started and but you did not get any text allowance (100 texts) then you'll need to contact 48 support to get them to look into this for you.
