Bought 10€credit last week and got 1 gigabyte of data also got 60 minutes for calls each costing 3€ total of 6 €. My balance is 1€at the moment. Also before I got my credit I had 1€ . Why I hadn't noticed till now was I'm in hospital awaiting a procedure . A bit confused thanks Declan

Are you sure that you didn't buy Guido membership for €10 rather than buying individual data and landline add-ons for €3 each (€6 total)?

Guido membership gives you 1GB data, 60 landline mins, 300 mobile mins and unlimited texts.

If you did that (i.e. bought Guido membership) then it would explain why your cash credit balance is still €1 since the €10 would have gone on Guido membership and your cash credit balance would have remained unaffected.

Can you clarify what your My History page shows for recent payments/topups/purchases?

http://www.48months.ie/my-48/my-history

Also what does your My 48 account page show for your current membership status and expiry date, allowance balances and any add-ons on your account?

https://www.48months.ie/my-48

Hope this helps.
