An EU roaming text add-in is no use here.

That's for when YOU are roaming abroad in the EU.

Sending a text to a UK number is an international text and you need cash credit on your account to pay for it.

25c per SMS - remember that long messages can use more than one SMS.

If you have not used any of the EU roaming texts add-on which is obviously no use here then contact 48 support and maybe they'll refund that for you.
