It says I will receive my kickback straight away but my friend signed up with a sim I ordered, a while ago and I still haven't received it. Just wondering when I will because I keep getting emails saying I'm running out of time for them to sign up?

I can see €5 kickback credit was added for you on 16th July. Log in and chec your credit balance on "My 48".

Hi Damian, I can see it under kickback, but not under my credit it says €0.83. Last time I received it I could see it on my phone?

Yes but I can see a call made costing €4.88 to a 1890 number on 22nd July.

Calls to 1890 numbers are not free. They are not classed as land lines or mobile and are not included in your free minutes.

Any call to a 1890 number will cost 50c per minutes.

You mean you recruited 4 other people but didn't get your Mates Rates kickback?
Are you sure that you chose to get this paid as credit and not cash which is only paid out at specific 3 monthly intervals?
