Look I get it this is a budget service it doesn't come with frills. The websites broken forever, roaming is some kind of weird joke, that's fine. It's cheap.

But all I'm trying to do is top up, why do you have to make that bit difficult. I mean really. Have I wasted 5 minutes of my life enough yet. If you're going to save a card then do that. If you're too cheap and I still have to remember the last three, then please don't abandon the transaction and forced me to wait five minutes to try again if I have to use a different card.

If you're going to give that stupid message, and not give me the option to ignore it and top up at my own risk. Then I am going to have to keep thinking of things to write for another two minutes.

You never even tried to take the money so obviously the transaction didn't get through. Please let me continue at my own risk. It's at my own risk Jesus. So patronising an annoying.

Also if I have to wait 5 minutes and you're going to tell me that in a text message then tell me the time in that text message so I know when I can try again fear of resetting your stupid 5 minutes that doesn't make any sense to me because you don't explain it and it's just weird and patronizing. It's been hurrah it's been five minutes....
