Hi, my personal hotspot on my phone is greyed out. Won’t let me turn it on. iPhone user. Thsnks

To use a hotspot on 48...

First make sure that you have an active membership, your APN settings are configured correctly, and mobile data works for web browsing and connected apps.

Second, configure your hotspot as normal:
