I can’t send SMS texts though I can receive them. I have used very little data.

What happens when you try to send texts?

Any error messages?

When were you last able to send them ok?

What changed in the meantime?

Can you make and receive calls ok?

Do you have an active membership plan?

Mobile data has nothing to do with text messages.
