Why does my internet package expire a month before it used to? It used to last forever, but now it expires every three weeks. I'm thinking of changing my membership.

You've posted about the same issue several times already but keep ignoring my replies and the questions that I've asked in an attempt to better understand the issue.

Did you contact 48 support as I have repeatedly suggested given that you refuse to clarify the issue here on the Community Forum?
