&lt;P&gt;What exactly do you mean by "no net"?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;No network connection at all - i.e. No signal bars?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that's the case then what happens if you do a manual search for networks?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you see and connect to 48?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not then what happens? Any error messages?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you do have a connection to the 48 network then what is/isn't working?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Incoming/outgoing calls, incoming/outgoing texts, mobile data?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When was everything working ok for you last?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did anything change in the meantime?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;E.g. phone software update, settings changes, factory reset/restore, new phone handset, returned from roaming abroad,&amp;nbsp; etc.?&lt;/P&gt;
