Make sure that your APN is configured correctly and your mobile data is working ok for web browsing, internet access, and connected apps.

Then see here - the section titled "A note about personal hotspot setup on iPhones".

For 5G connectivity you need a 5G capable phone and a €12.99 membership plan.

What exactly isn't working?

Any error messages?

What make and model of phone are you using?

Is mobile data working normally for browsing and connected apps?
