    <description>&lt;P&gt;When was your plan and services working ok for you last?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did anything change in the meantime?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;E.g. phone software update, settings changes, factory reset/restore, new handset, is your phone unlocked for use on any network, etc.?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not then what happens? Any error messages?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Plan doesn't work - no calls, no data</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My sim card plan doesn't work since a month I can't make or receive phone calls use messages or use internet data, they just took of money from my account and its still not working, so they are basically stealing my money and i cant contact anybody except from chatting with a stupid ai bot.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any advice?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
