&lt;P&gt;What exactly do you mean by "browser installation failed"?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You mean that you couldn't download/install some browser from your phone's app store or something?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Configuration of the APN settings doesn't involve the (web) browser.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you're on Android you can text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here to do this:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Once your APN settings are configured correctly and you have an active membership with a mobile data allowance then all connected apps and web browsers should be able to connect.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If only some apps/browsers can connect but others can't then there may be some issue with your phone settings.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;E.g. some apps have permission to use mobile data connectivity but others don't.&lt;/P&gt;
