&lt;P&gt;Do you mean that mobile data has stopped working altogether or you are only getting 4G/LTE now?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are calls and texts working?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you still have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you have an active €12.99 membership plan?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are your APN settings still correct?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;E.g. software update, settings changes, factory reset/restore, new phone handset, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?&lt;/P&gt;
