Roaming outside the EU

Just moved to 48 from 3. I used to be able to buy a 15GB 3day pass for 14.99 for countries outside the EU such as Turkey, UAE, US. Is anything like this possible on 48?

For roaming outside EU/UK/EEA you need an active membership plus cash credit on your account to pay for certain services.

There are no roaming add-ons that can be purchased on 48.

48 doesn't support any roaming services in UAE and many other countries.
