      <description>&lt;P&gt;When was it working ok for you last?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did anything change on the phone in the meantime?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Phone software update, settings changes, factory reset/restore, new handset, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are calls and texts working ok?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you know anybody else locally who is on 48?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;How does it work for them?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Make sure that your APN settings are configured correctly.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you're on Android then you can text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If that still doesn't help then maybe try a replacement SIM just in case there's an issue with your current SIM:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
