What happens when you try to use them?

I think he is referring to the speeds. I am seeing issues as well in the Cork city area.. Horrible speeds

And on 4G or 5G?

I'm in Dublin on 4G and got 34/17 Mbps down/up just now with Ookla SpeedTest.
